Dr. Ladzinski
Dr. Bart Ladzinski first developed a love of dentistry as a child. When he was six, his family immigrated from Kraków, Poland, to the US, and his mom became a dental assistant. He spent the afternoons after school at the dental office where his mom worked. He was inspired as he watched how people who were sick, hurting, or unhappy were treated by the dentist and got better.
Dr. Ladzinski knew he wanted to be a dentist so he could keep working with his hands and help others just like he had seen growing up. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, one of the most prestigious dental schools in the country, and he became the first person from his family to get a higher education!

Dr. Freeman
Dr. Ross Freeman, originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, pursued his undergraduate studies in chemistry at Indiana University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with “High Academic Distinction” from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2011.
During dental school, Dr. Freeman was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and was the sole recipient of the Glenn J. Pell Award for excellence in oral surgery.
Following his DDS degree, Dr. Freeman entered a highly competitive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Indiana University Medical Center. His four years of intensive surgical training, completed in 2015, included expertise in reconstructive jaw and facial surgery, TMJ surgery, and the treatment of cancer and tumors. He collaborated with craniofacial and plastic surgery teams to repair cleft lip and palate. He had the unique opportunity to train alongside his father, Dr. Stephen Freeman, a renowned surgeon specializing in microvascular and reconstructive head and neck cancer surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Freeman also received comprehensive training in anesthesia, including pediatric anesthesia, and completed hundreds of general anesthesia cases as part of one of the nation’s top programs.
Upon finishing his residency and receiving his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Freeman pursued Board Certification, which set him apart in the field. To date, he has performed over 5,000 IV sedations, 50,000 dental extractions, and more than 5,000 dental implants. He is among the few surgeons in the region skilled in advanced all-on-x full-mouth dental implant procedures.
After spending many years in Indiana, Dr. Freeman now resides in Southwest Florida with his wife, three children, and their red Maltipoo, Fin. Outside his practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, including cave scuba diving and shark diving.

Olga
Hygienist
Olga is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She brings a rare depth of knowledge to every appointment, having worked alongside highly trained dentists and specialists in both the United States and Germany. That broad perspective — combined with her genuine warmth — makes her a trusted and beloved member of our team.
Learning has always been a lifelong passion for Olga. Her educational journey began in nursing, continued through medical laboratory science, and led her to dental hygiene — earning three bachelor's degrees along the way. She stays actively current with the latest dental products, advanced techniques, and best practices so she can offer every patient the highest standard of care, regardless of age or background.
Olga is known for her gentle touch, compassionate approach, and her belief that good oral health is deeply connected to overall well-being. A true asset to our diverse patient community, she speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and some Spanish — and she genuinely loves the international, welcoming atmosphere at our practice.
Outside the office, Olga cherishes time with family and friends, loves to cook, and enjoys traveling the world. She's also an enthusiastic singer, and that same joyful energy shines through in every patient interaction.

Dr. Luciel Eldeek, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Luciel Eldeek earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Hospital. With a passion for prosthodontics and oral surgery, she brings together precision, artistry, and problem-solving to restore both function and confidence in every smile she treats.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Eldeek takes care to ensure each patient feels fully informed and supported throughout their visit. Her goal is for you to leave not only with a healthier smile, but with a clear understanding of your treatment plan and confidence in your long-term oral health.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Eldeek loves to travel and explore new places — a passion that keeps her inspired and energized. She is also an avid soccer fan and recently had the incredible experience of watching Egypt compete in the World Cup.

Treatment Coordinator
She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and makes sure every patient feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for the moment they walk through the doors.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Liddy connects with patients from diverse backgrounds and ensures communication is always clear and compassionate. She enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and guiding them through the process to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
For Liddy, it’s not just about scheduling appointments or organizing plans—it’s about building genuine connections and creating a positive, memorable experience for everyone who visits the dentist.
Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her daughter, especially going on walks together. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book, watching movies, and finding small ways to bring joy into everyday life.

When she's not at the office, Victoria's greatest joy is spending time with her five-year-old son, who keeps her smiling every day. She's also a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast — her mornings don't officially start without a great cup.
